- Liquiguard® PC standard formula is supplied ready to use. No diluting is necessary. On higher concentration formulas, only dilute using de-ionized water and to the maximum suggested dilution rate (20-25 times).
- Make sure the substrate is degreased, clean and dry.
- Liquiguard can be applied via spraying (HLVP, cup or gun fine mist nozzle) or dipping.
- It is essential to use a thoroughly clean nozzle which is free of all acids (pH neutral) or contaminants.
- Apply with an even spray that creates a light mist. Heavy spraying may cause the product to run.
- Make sure to thoroughly cover all areas of the substrate.
- DO NOT RINSE.
- Let the substrate sit for 15-20 minutes or until tack-free, or heat in an oven at 190° - 204° C.
- Depending upon concentration strength, dilution ratio, application method and efficiency, each gallon yields approximately 750 square feet of pre-treatment. Results may vary.
- Store Liquiguard PC at ambient temperature between 13º-49°C.
