LIQUIGUARD PC is a green product, bio-friendly water based, odorless, non-hazardous, non-toxic chemical which will replace phosphating and chromating prior to powder coating or liquid painting. Diluted 20 to 25 times in DM water, this solution can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing prior to painting or powder coating. Used at room temperature (thus saving on Electricity), the coating should be allowed to air dry for 15-20 minutes (no necessity of oven) or until tack free prior to powder coating.

LIQUIGUARD PC coating has excellent anti-rust and bonding properties. So, the painting operation can be carried out even after 15-20 days, unlike in phosphate coating where painting should be performed within a few hours to avoid rusting. Just clean the material by conventional methods and dip, spray or brush using diluted solution.

LIQUIGUARD PC being of non-toxic nature, no extraordinary measures in its use or disposal. No formation of sludge and hence, no stoppage of work (No Effluent Treatment involved, thus savings !) Just go on maintaining level of the bath and work continuously.

Powder coated surface using LIQUIGUARD PC have passed cross Hatch Test, Impact Test, Bend Test and Salt Spray Test of 500++ hours.

LIQUIGUARD PC film can also protect the surface against corrosion, moisture, mold & mildew, oxidation, UV rays etc. Even if rust spots are missed in the cleaning process, the coated film will isolate and inhibit rusting hence found to be highly economical and comfortable product.

LIQUIGUARD PC can be used on almost all metals including steel and steel alloys, aluminium, brass etc, small or oversized or intricate objects either in shopfloor or at site outside.
